Lord, where do I start? The anemic bit of foam he winds up with atop the glass of Sam Adams or the flavour-boosting cocktail napkin swirl? Or maybe the way he handles every glass by the rim? Or the brutal Guinness pour, perhaps?
I only hope that this dude’s bartending days are long behind him.

Okay, that was hilarious. But it explains a lot.
Wow. That’s unreal. Some of the other videos in that series are just as bad. The one on pouring draught is priceless.
Trouble is that there are only a few bar owners who want to invest in the training of their staff to understand and appreciate beer. I always get the “What if I train them and they leave?” to which I answer, “What if you don’t and they stay.”
